1. Titanium seed plates feature an oxide film on their surface, which acts as a good and durable wear-resistant separator. The use of titanium seed plates saves on separators, makes plate stripping easier, and eliminates the need for pre-treatment of the seed plates. Titanium seed plates are half as light as copper seed plates.
2. The service life of titanium plates is more than three times that of copper plates, and can reach 10 to 20 years depending on operating conditions.
3. Electrolytic copper produced using titanium plates has a dense crystal structure, a flat and smooth surface, and excellent quality.
4. As titanium plates do not require the application of a separating agent, contamination of copper electrolyte can be avoided.
